1. General Policy

All deposits, wagers, and transactions made through betmason are considered final once confirmed.

Refunds may only be granted under specific circumstances described in this policy.

2. Duplicate Transactions

If a user is accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction, betmason may review the issue and process an appropriate refund after verification.

Users must report duplicate charges within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Cancelled or Void Bets

Bets may be declared void or cancelled under the following circumstances:

Events are cancelled or postponed

Incorrect odds or technical errors occurred

Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

Results cannot be officially confirmed

Betting markets were displayed incorrectly

If a bet is declared void, the original stake may be refunded to the user's account balance.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to investigate all unauthorized transaction claims. Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on the outcome of the investigation.

5. Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting betmason support.

Any fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:

Account suspension

Account termination

Reversal of winnings

Legal action where applicable

6. Withdrawal Reversals

Users may request cancellation of pending withdrawals before processing is completed.

Once a withdrawal has been processed or transferred to the payment provider, it cannot be reversed.

7. Bonus and Promotional Funds

Promotional credits, bonuses, and free bets are non-refundable and subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.

8. Fraud Prevention

betmason reserves the right to withhold refunds, void transactions, or suspend accounts if fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is suspected, including but not limited to:

Multiple account abuse

Identity fraud

Payment fraud

Match manipulation

Bonus abuse

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 3–10 business days depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Processing times may vary due to banking procedures or compliance reviews.

10. Limitation of Liability

betmason is not responsible for losses resulting from:

User errors

Forgotten passwords

Internet or technical interruptions

Delayed event results

Third-party payment provider issues
